Pranayama

Prāṇāyāma is practiced as a gentle, systematic regulation of breath designed to harmonize prāṇa
and stabilize the nervous system. Emphasis is placed on awareness, rhythm, and comfort rather
than breath-holding or strain, allowing the mind to settle naturally as the breath becomes refined.
This approach has been found useful in supporting stress-related conditions, anxiety,
hypertension, respiratory imbalance, and mental fatigue, while preparing the mind for relaxation,
meditation, and contemplation.
